Creates semi-opaque or blurred image panels,
for artistic emphasis or as text underlay.
Panel size can be third, quarter or custom percentage of image dimensions.
User chooses Left, Right or Both horizontal panels,
or Top, Bottom or Both vertical panels.
Run script again to create composite custom panels and effects.
Options include use of panel separation lines, line colour, opacity and blur amount.
